Our Process
First we grind your concrete floor with a diamond tipped floor grinder to provide a concrete surface profile (CSP) of 2 or greater allowing the epoxy to soak in and grip the concrete.
Next we repair all cracks in the surface and hand grind the edges where floor grinders can’t reach.
We thoroughly vacuum and clean all surfaces before applying the epoxy.
Then we hand spread small vinyl flakes to the epoxy before it had cured offering strength and traction to the surface
We scrape off all excess flakes after the epoxy is completely cured.
Finally, we apply a clear polyaspartic coating, a top coat which provides durability and protection from abrasion.
